Dec 2012 until Dec 2013, 120 lbs lost

I began my weight loss at 290 LBS and I am now down to 170; I am 5’9”.

It took me one year at 10 lbs a month to get to my goal with proper diet and exercise. I’m 47 years old and the mother of 6  :)
